SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF THE WARRANTY:

  1. Conditions for granting of a guarantee by the company Crosso apply to the Polish market.
  2. The period starts with a guarantee from the date shown on the sales invoice documenting the purchase of goods - "sell-by date".
  3. Document giving the right to seek reparation for the guarantee is an invoice / receipt confirming the purchase .
  4. The warranty covers all defects that occur during its duration, when using the device, with its intended purpose and terms of generally accepted as normal.
  5. All defects will be repaired, and the device sent free of charge within 30 days from the date of complaint delivery to Crosso.
  6. The concept of defect does not cover mechanical and chemical damages , natural aging and consumption of the product and the damage which occurred as a result of non-compliance with the instructions accompanying the purchased goods or misuse of the product.
  7. The repair is considered to be a remove of defect connected with manufacturing error and materials defects or exchange to the new device. Removing defects mean treatments, which restore the possibility of further use of the product in accordance with its intended purpose and general state of consumption. The choice of how to get rid of a defect is made by Crosso.
  8. After noticing a defect a customer is required to stop using the product and within 60 days a buyer should complain the product at the place of purchase or deliver it to Crosso premises .
  9. Crosso reserves the right to reject the complaint and dispatch the product at the customer’s cost, if delivered product is not clean or you do not meet the conditions under which a warranty was given.

 

AFTER WARRANTY REPAIRS:

If the warranty has expired, and the goods purchased from us have been damaged, we offer you the opportunity to benefit from after warranty repair.
Although it is paid, it guarantees service of the high quality and the use of original materials.
